I wanted to give her a very frilly tail, in reality her tail fin would do little to propel her, she could easily use the momentum of the actual tail it self to swim >.< Yes I think about these things.

It's beautiful, and I simply just love the colours! It must have been really hard to make those fish! For me they just turn into weird blobs, but you've made them really great! Love it ~
