I would have made this into a poll but I feel like its easier to discuss in a journal. Also I'm typing this all on my iPhone... Which is really really hard... Auto correct has got to be the most irritating and useful thing ever invented. So prepare for grammatical errors and terrible punctuation! !

What do you think of people sharing their personal life on DA? Do you yourself treat it more as an art platform or do you also talk about your life and how you feel? Or do you keep that strictly to yourself? Also how do you feel when others you follow do or don't share stuff about themselves? What do you consider too much or too little, or do you even mind at all?

Personally... I like knowing a little bit about the people I follow, reminds me thy aren't just an icon/avatar and that they have a life too XD

I don't talk about my life on DA, other than cool stuff like wisdom tooth surgery XD but how I am feeling and drama I keep quiet because honestly I feel like my page is a place where I can submerge myself in the fandoms I adore without all that complicated RL stuff distracting me XD. Did any of that even make sense?

This is a journal for my commissioners! I have been super super busy with getting stuff done for Overload 2012 which has now come and gone. My job is also seasonal so this time of year is SUPER busy and I have had little energy to even do my convention stuff I will see if I can get these commissions done this weekend Also I've got Armageddon 2012 coming up (20th-22nd of October over labour weekend) So if your going to the Auckland one? come say hi! ;D

And a bit of an issue I have?

I can't decide whether or not to bother going to Armageddon this year...there are a few pro's and con's so I don't know what to do. Armageddon is spaced over 3-4 days? while Overload is just a single day. Armageddon is much bigger while Overload is still growing etc. BUT my last time going to Armageddon was awful..completely awful. You don't get to choose your table till the day before the convention... people steal tables too, I heard someone showed up and their table had been taken by someone else, they had to wait like 2 days before they could get a new one and by then it was already half way through the convention. Also I had a face painting stand next to my table...and people decided the area right in front of me looked like a wonderful place to queue up while they watched their little darlings get their faces done...completely obstructing my table, I even politely asked someone to move and they just snapped at me telling me they could stand anywhere they liked....that lady was such stupid bitch... anyway after putting up with all that shit I really don't know if its a good idea to get a table there again...

What do you guys think?

I am thinking about making a little build a character comic/book type thingy. Its basically like my tip sheet but it will be in comic/book format. I have already split it into four categories, facial features, hair styles, clothes and body types. Basically its a little reference guide, where you can mix and match features to create your own characters, nothing too heavy or technical. I will also be posting the pages online for free since I don't like the idea of any of my tip sheet/references not being accessible.

What do you think?

I also want to get into graphic design/pictorial design so designing stuff like this is always good practice too! ^u^ ^{and great for portfolios!}

I don't mean to journal spam...but I am at work and I am bored and I have stuff to say... I am back from my ski trip! and that is all I have to say about that.

korra spoilers ahead I guess?

I finished Korra on my iphone in the car! and omg I loved it! Avatar:LAB and Korra are so different! I like how Korra is in a more modern setting and how all the stuff ties together. There are those who keep telling me it all moved along too fast but honestly it felt like it had the same pacing as the first Avatar ( which in my opinion was also very fast paces, too fast paced in places) by hay, at least they cut to the chase.

Also the love triangles hurt my feels... but happy endings make me happy... except it wasn't a happy ending because beautiful badass Amon is no more. This is a KIDS SHOW! how can you do that to him. *side note* Does anyone else think he gives off major Assassins Creed vibes?

And on the topic of spam? If you see my comments disabled its because I have had to clean up so many spam messages from while I was gone that my whole comment section is just hidden after hidden after hidden...and tons more just keep materializing ( specially on my tips sheets )...seriously this shit is annoying... I will enable them again later when this shit dies down... assuming it will?

Feel free to suggest Korra and/or Avatar ideas?
