So, while we've got near to no money to pay for things like fixing bridges (I live in an area where a major bridge has a crack in it, and it's been blocked off and gone unfixed for months... We can barely get around anymore!) and trying to prevent rapists, bullying, murder, burglaries, etc... They try to spend this shit ton of money to try to prevent something that's going to happen anyway???
