How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

I discovered a box in my room today....containing some of my oldest pictures.... OH GOD THE HORROR! I now know for a fact that those people who complimented them were just trying to be nice..... OTL

I found a bunch from 2010-2006 and some that are probably from even earlier... so many good and bad memories.

My art has changed a lot, it use to be rather grotesque... monsters, demons and some really really bizarre crap like my fat lady falling series and the *Don't play with acid* science class mascot.

I remember all my English class comics I drew with

, one involving a ninja killing an intruder with a slice of lemon used like a deadly shuriken :'D Oh and that is where I also made up Failed Samurai, Anonymous Guy... and the strategically placed censoring animals.

I also remember my Japanese teacher finding me drawing a picture that I hadn't finished, it was a muscular guy with horns and I hadn't gotten down to drawing his waist and pants and next thing I hear is "****** why are you drawing naked devil's in class".....

So anyway do you guys wanna see my first drawings

lol I remember from back then in my first year of high school when I was along in the art class, classroom and was drawing as some of my classmate saw me drawing a guy that was only half naked at the art classroom and she freaked out calling me a pervert... I mean seriously, the guy that I drawing wasn't even that completely naked, then the next day I heard rumors about someone spreading it, then after school my art teacher called me and asked me to show it to her and when she saw it, she said that drawing a half naked person isn't allowed in her class..

I was giving my art teacher an eyebrown and glanced at her desk and saw a sketch book full of nudity... And I was like: 'Then what do you call that one?' to my art teacher and she was like blushing madly and the next thing I know she quite being our art teacher the next day just because I saw that?.. *shook head*

i have a HUGE box of drawings from my past in the attic. I had so many ideas back then... -___- it saddens me that my talent gets better but my ideas get fewer... but i love going back and sifting through them. I have stuff as far back as 6th grade, which includes a 200 page comic i did with a friend. It's inspiring. If only we cold take our child imaginations and energy and combined them with our adult skills and styles.
