Correl paint is pretty cool

photoshop is more like oil paint while sai is more like watercolor
but i prefer photoshop

When I paint, I use a paint brush!! XD

I'd prefer Fireworks: A) it's cheaper than your standard photoshop program; B) photoshop has too many tools, but Fireworks does away with the tools one does not truly need; C) it's easy to navigate and to operate; D) what the bloody damn hell is "Sai" in relation to Painter?! it sounds like something needed, but I don't know why...

I use paint tool sai for scetch and lines, and photoshop for rest

If you need to paint as a *REAL* paint...I suggest you painter...I don't use it, because it seems very difficult to me...but it has some functional that are like to paint with a real brush or real pencils

personnaly I like very much Open Canvas
