I am not at all concerned about people using my drawings on their blog or somewhere where they give some some sort of credit or preferably link back, but I have found on three occasions artists offering a portrait drawing service using my drawings as examples of their own work!
With one the website owner took him down within two days when I complained.
From the second one, from Lithuanina, I got no response to a complaint and my picture is still being used.
On the most recent occasion that I have found, the Turkish offender is using 11 of my drawings (and also four from three other dA artist)s. He has also annotated them sometimes giving information of size, materials and time taken - all incorrect! As it is on his own website I have done nothing (except to warn the other dA artists involved of the 'theft' of their pictures) as I am sure that, like the Lithuanian last year, he would not take them off his site and I do not want to get into any sort of 'war' with him!.
