hahahahahaha finish a picture!?!?!XD I've only done that once -_- ....the ones i post is just me saying "i hate this, it looks horrible... but im sick of it... so ill just post it and never have to work on it again"

Depends on the picture. A large picture, such as a Transformer, takes a butt load of time and effort because of the detail. For individual people/poses it usually takes me a couple of hours to finish, but I rarely work straight through. I work on my art off and on throughout the day, and I'm always editing or adding to a picture.

2-3 hours. I'm a fast drawer. Plus i only use colored pencils which only takes a little over 30 minutes

Normally a few days...reason being that I get distracted and forget all about it for a while...

On average, about two hours for a finished digital portrait.

Under an hour but all I use is a mechanical pencil and I kind of rush it so it only comes out decent.

1-2 hours or more if i'm not in the mood....
but under an hour if i'm really inspired..

I'll chose the last point of the poll just because it usually takes enough time for me to finish an artwork at large

It depends on colouring it or not. Up to 2 hours to draw it (also depending on having or not having a landscape or perspective). But if I decide to ink the lineart, and then paint it on Photosop, it may take really long. Because I don't have a tablet, and it's a mess to use the mouse to paint.
