I'm shocked to see that so many people had unlimited internet access and here from the USA too! I was under the impression that sprint was the only one here in the USA that still had unlimited usage but apparently I need to do more research! Mine is capped, 5GB/month for 40$
We had dial up only a few years ago before we changed it to broadband. Thank goodness it's gone! There was nothing worse then when someone called and I get kicked off the net... and we get a lot of calls. :/
Everything about living in Canada is awesome. Open space, sports, mountain biking, fishing. The only ONE THING I DESPICABLY HATE IS INTERNET. Large ISPs have capped their customers to a limited amount each month. Namingly NETFLIX. I hear Netflix has taken more than 30% of the planet's bandwidth and their customers are lovin' it. But here in Canada, you can probably watch two or three movies a week and that's it (not to mention a lousy selection) C'mon Canadians, lobby against the government and CRTC. Get rid of bandwidth caps and follow the wave of the world.
We have a capped internet service here in Belgium. We get something like 25GB on mega speed, then throttled for the rest of the month, or we can pay for extra 5GB chunks if we download too much. Haven't had that problem in a while though, which is gooooooooooooood
