I believe in that theory, but I believe God was the event that started the "Big Bang" part. When it comes to science vs. religion, I can't completely take one side. To me, it makes sense to combine the two. You can believe in God and creation without completely trashing science, and you can follow science without dismissing God. I want to be a doctor, so I feel like I know about this. I can't look at the human body and think, "Wow, this was a spontaneous archaebacteria once", but I can't think, "Wow, there's nothing similar about this to anything else AT ALL." either.
